Delivery Charges

All orders placed through the FishingMaps.co.uk web site are despatched by Royal Mail. For all orders within the UK this postage charge will be £5.50 per order.

Orders from outside the UK will be charged a standard postage of £11 per order.

Returns

Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchases we will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition. Remember to enclose your original email confirmation, and where possible please use the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. You do not need to inform us before you send us a return.

We will only refund the price of the item and original delivery charge to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by Fishing Maps, it may take up to 21 working days to credit the purchaser's account.
